Sift says it can't see my screenshots

Open Settings › Privacy & Security › Photos › Sift and choose Full Access. With "Selected Photos", Sift only sees the screenshots you picked, and new ones won't be sorted — tap "Choose more" in Sift to add them.

New screenshots aren't sorted right away

iOS doesn't let apps run every time you take a screenshot. Sift sorts them as soon as you open it (and immediately while it's open), and in the background when iOS allows. For instant sorting, add the "Sort latest screenshot" shortcut to a Back Tap automation.

Something is in the wrong collection

Open the screenshot and tap the collection name above the title to move it. Sift remembers your choice and won't change it again.

How does deleting work?

In Sift mode, swiping left only marks a screenshot. At the end you review the batch, deselect anything you want to keep, and confirm Apple's prompt. Deleted screenshots stay in Photos › Recently Deleted for 30 days, so you can recover them there.

Restore Sift Pro on a new iPhone

Sign in with the same Apple Account, open Sift › You › Sift Pro and tap Restore.

Cancel or change Sift Pro

Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Sift. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. For refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com.

Why is the price in my currency different?

The App Store shows Sift Pro in your country's currency (for example ₱ in the Philippines), including local taxes. The amount you see in the app is exactly what Apple charges.

Delete all of Sift's data

Delete the app. Everything Sift stored lives only on your iPhone, and your Photos library isn't touched. See the Privacy Policy.
