Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of the Sift app ("Sift") made by Charles Ley Baldemor ("we", "us"). By using Sift you agree to them. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if the two conflict, these terms apply to the extent the EULA allows.
The app
Sift sorts the screenshots in your Photos library on your iPhone, extracts details from them and helps you review and clear them. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use Sift on Apple devices you own or control.
Your screenshots and deletions
Your screenshots remain yours. Sift only deletes screenshots after you review a batch and confirm Apple's system prompt; they then stay in Photos › Recently Deleted for 30 days. You are responsible for reviewing what you delete. Sorting, extracted details, titles and expiry dates are generated automatically and can be wrong — check anything important (for example a flight time or a code) against the original.
Sift Pro subscriptions
Sift Pro is an auto-renewable subscription: Yearly (with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers) or Monthly. The price is shown in the app and on the App Store in your local currency before you buy.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or when the free trial ends. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
Manage or cancel in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. If you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Sorting, search, Sift mode and batch delete remain free. Pro adds one-tap Calendar, Reminder and Contacts actions, self-clearing screenshots and Deep clean.
Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer, resell or use Sift to break the law or anyone else's rights.
No warranty
Sift is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we don't guarantee it will be error-free or always available, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for screenshots you chose to delete. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that can't be waived.
Changes and ending
We may update Sift and these terms; the date above shows the latest version. You can stop using Sift at any time by deleting it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
